• Drive service standards, guest experience and commercial performance
• Manage labour, rotas, stock and cost control
• Support recruitment, training and development of the team
• Handle guest feedback confidently and keep calm under pressure

You are:

• An experienced manager from a high-volume pub or bar
• Hands‑on, visible, and respected by your team
• Commercially sharp and comfortable with numbers
• Passionate about hospitality and keen to step into a GM role soon
