This is a visible and commercially critical role, focused on:
- Strengthening leadership capability
- Improving performance conversations
- Embedding consistent standards
- Reducing early attrition
You’ll have the autonomy to shape initiatives, influence leadership behaviours, and implement real change in a scaling organisation.

- Embedding consistent leadership standards across a growing organisation
About You
- Proven experience coaching managers in-house within a fast‑paced, commercially driven (ideally sales‑led) environment
- Strong experience in performance coaching and navigating difficult conversations
- Comfortable challenging and influencing senior stakeholders
- Commercially aware, data‑driven, and outcome‑focused
- Resilient, pragmatic and thrives in high‑growth, evolving environments
- Experience building or contributing to leadership programmes in scaling businesses
Why Join?
- A high‑impact, embedded role where you’ll see the results of your work daily
- Opportunity to shape leadership capability at scale in a growing business
- Work alongside ambitious, high‑performing teams
- A culture that values ownership, challenge, and continuous improvement
