A leading property consultancy are currently looking to hire a Surveyor up to Associate level join their London based rating department. The company have a number of offices located throughout the UK and work with some of the most prestigious clients nationally. Working directly for a partner you will assist with existing casework but you will also be responsible for managing and further developing your own casework.
Key Responsibilities
- Tenant and occupier ‘appeal’ work
- Direct client management
- Property inspections and measurements
- Business development
- Liaising with public bodies.
- Business development
- Supporting team juniors
Key Skills and Experience
- Proven experience within business rates
- MRICS qualification
- Excellent client facing manor
