About the role
Chesterfield Borough Council is seeking a deputy customer experience manager to join our cultural venues team to launch our new theatre and museum venue, 1435.
Responsibilities
- Manage front of house, bars and catering business for the cultural venues and deliver a superb customer experience for all visitors.
- Supervise assistant managers, customer assistants, venue assistants and volunteers.
- Maximise all secondary sales income, including bar, catering, retail and merchandise, and ensure efficient management of all bar and catering operations.
Qualifications
- Proven knowledge and experience in staff management and hospitality within entertainment venues.
- Personal licence holder and hold relevant qualifications in food hygiene and first aid.
- Right to work authorisation for the UK; sponsorship cannot be provided.
