Overview

We are recruiting an FP&A Manager for our client, a growing business based in Peterborough.

Responsibilities

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and provide commercial insight to support strategic decisions across manufacturing, supply chain, sales and global distribution.
  • Produce executive and board‑level reporting, build models and scenario analysis, and partner with senior stakeholders to drive performance and profitable growth.
  • Manage and develop an FP&A Analyst.

Qualifications

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
  • Significant FP&A experience.
  • Advanced Excel and modelling skills.
  • Board‑level reporting exposure.
  • Confidence with ERP/BI tools.
  • Experience working in a multi‑entity, multi‑currency environment is ideal.
