Graduate Engineer – Roads Infrastructure Design
Join WSP’s Roads team and help deliver National and Regional Infrastructure Frameworks for major projects and local improvements, including a wide variety of active travel walking and cycling schemes. You will work on projects ranging from local authority major schemes to national strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Designing and drafting transport solutions.
- Attending site visits and inspections.
- Data analysis and reporting.
- Project coordination.
- Stakeholder communication.
- Assisting senior engineers.
Qualifications
- Graduated with at least a 2:2 in a master’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject.
- Passion for engineering.
- Enthusiasm for creativity and problem‑solving.
- Willingness to share new ideas.
Professional Development
The programme is a two‑year Graduate Development Programme that provides core business and professional skills training, career development workshops, mentoring for professional registration and a breadth of on‑the‑job experience.
