Lead Product Manager

I’m exclusively partnering with a major consumer technology business on the search for a Staff Product Manager to lead a critical product transformation programme across complex customer payment, collections and operational journeys.

London or Bath/Bristol

Hybrid – min 1 day a week in either of the above locations

£120K base + fantastic benefits

Responsibilities

• Leading platform and operational product strategy
• Working across multiple Agile engineering squads
• Driving systems and process transformation
• Improving customer payment & support journeys
• Collaborating across Product, Technology & Operations
• Managing complex cross-functional stakeholders
• Delivering large-scale product change in a data-rich environment

Experience

• Other regulated or operationally complex sectors
• APIs & backend systems
• Billing, payments or collections
• Operational/process-heavy ecosystems

Desired Skills

• Strong with stakeholders
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change
