An exciting opportunity has arisen within a progressive integrated agricultural business seeking an ambitious early-career individual to join its Agriculture Team.
This is a development-focused role offering exposure across farm operations, technical management, welfare standards, and commercial performance within a modern food production business within egg production.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership while supporting a network of progressive farming businesses across the UK.
Key responsibilities
- Building strong on‑farm relationships with producers
- Supporting flock performance, welfare, and productivity
- Promoting best practice in biosecurity and operational standards
- Assisting with technical support, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Have some agricultural, livestock, or poultry experience
- Are hands‑on, proactive, and eager to develop
- Possess strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Are willing to travel extensively across the UK
