Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Mainly covering Greater London

Requirements

• Experience carrying out mould wash treatments and damp‑related works
• Experience in social housing (advantageous)
• Full UK manual driving licence
• Own tools required
• Right to work in the UK
• Good understanding of health & safety procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Painting/decorating or additional trade skills are a bonus

Responsibilities

• Carry out mould wash and anti‑fungal treatments in occupied properties
• Prepare surfaces and complete minor remedial works where required
• Identify and report signs of damp, condensation, or ventilation issues
• Take before and after job photos
• Accurately record materials used and works completed
• Communicate professionally with residents and office staff
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
