What is the opportunity? You will be responsible for technical, solution and business analysis across projects and product teams within Wealth Management Digital Delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Identify impacted stakeholder groups, gather their requirements, develop accurate project estimates, and manage risks and constraints throughout the engagement.
  • Facilitate collaborative workshops with diverse business stakeholders, using advanced elicitation techniques to uncover, analyze, and review requirements comprehensively.
  • Document business and system requirements using enterprise-standard methodology, verify quality, validate with stakeholders, and maintain a reusable requirements repository for future initiatives.
  • Work with the UX/UI design team to ensure feature design meets the documented requirements and is aligned with system limitations.
  • Translate requirements and designs into PBIs and facilitate refinement and estimation sessions with the delivery team.
  • Ensure full coverage between scope, requirements, and testing activities; support QA in test case development and validate that functional system tests adequately cover critical requirements.
  • Provide well-defined features and user stories to the delivery team, review test evidence, support UAT/demo sessions, and clarify requirements during design and development.
  • Guide junior analysts and promote enterprise methodologies.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships, foster collaboration, and continuously enhance team knowledge and skills.

Must‑Have Qualifications

  • Robust experience working as a Business Analyst (or a similar role) with progressively increasing responsibilities in the areas of requirements management on large and complex projects – ideally in Wealth Management / Financial Services.
  • Strong technical analysis skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and PBIs.
  • Experience in requirements planning and prioritisation, including stakeholder engagement and effort estimation.
  • Proven experience with various project delivery methodologies such as Waterfall, Iterative and/or Agile.
  • Requirements elicitation techniques such as document analysis, prototyping, focus groups, surveys, along with experience analysing existing systems, data flows and processes.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders and colleagues from senior business representatives to developers and testers.

Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications

  • Relevant college, university, or post‑graduate degree in Business.
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
