Blue Arrow is currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives for our client based in Swan Valley (NN4).

Start date

Monday 18th May

Temporary 3 weeks role

We are seeking experienced warehouse co-packers to join a busy and fast‑paced operational environment.

The ideal candidate

will have previous experience in a similar role and be available to work full‑time hours

Shift Pattern

• Monday – Thursday 8pm-6am

Pay rate

£14.05 per hour

Location

• Northampton, Swan Valley (NN4)

Key Responsibilities

• Restocking, repacking, and co‑packing warehouse goods
• Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

Required Skills & Attributes

• Previous warehouse experience preferred (full training provided)
• Strong work ethic and a proactive "can‑do" attitude
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Good command of the English language
