An exciting AI-driven SaaS scale-up is hiring DevOps Engineers (Mid) to help scale a modern cloud platform used by global customers. The business is experiencing 100% year-on-year growth and is continuing to invest heavily in AI-led product innovation.
This is a remote-first role with one collaboration day per month in Manchester.

You’ll enjoy working in a fast-paced scale-up environment, where priorities evolve and you’ll often be spinning multiple plates. We’re looking for someone proactive, hands‑on, and comfortable taking ownership – someone who wants to shape infrastructure, influence tooling, and grow with the business.
This role suits engineers who:
- Like autonomy and taking initiative
- Enjoy solving problems in a scaling environment
- Are comfortable balancing multiple priorities
- Want visibility and impact across the engineering function
- Are motivated by strong progression opportunities as the team grows
What you’ll do
- Build & scale Azure cloud infrastructure
- Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployments
- Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform)
- Monitor performance, reliability & security
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams
What they;re looking for:
- Strong Azure (or similar cloud) knowledge
- CI/CD & Terraform experience
Senior role: Architecture ownership, mentoring, and driving DevOps best practices.
