Job Summary

Corporate Development is seeking a highly-qualified professional to join the EMEA Post Merger Integration (PMI) team as a Specialist. The PMI team partners with the Accenture Sponsoring Organization directly accountable for the acquisition, to integrate the acquired company into the Accenture ecosystem, establishing the foundation for business success and future growth. This position may require travel and working flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support setup of the Integration management office: kick-offs, team charters and workplans
  • Coordinate hand over from Due Diligence to PMI Workstreams
  • Program Management of PMI Program including milestones tracking, actions follow-up, risk management
  • Coordinate activities across functional teams with focus on dependencies
  • Proactively manage issues, risks and decisions required
  • Implement proven tools, best practices
  • Support preparation of Integration Leadership meetings and Steering committees
  • Contribute to development of PMI Intellectual Property, including lessons learnt, best practices, briefing decks, checklists, templates

Qualifications

  • English proficiency, both verbal and written. Proficiency in another language is a plus
  • Ability to work on complex projects in a multicultural environment
  • Ability to establish strong relationship and trust with Senior Leaders in a short period of time
  • Robust collaborative skills
  • Strong program management skills
  • Ability to innovate and learn continuously (incl. use of AI tools)
  • Professional maturity and personal integrity
  • Strong work ethic
