This is a fantastic opportunity for an Architectural Technician to join a well-established, high-quality housebuilder that offers excellent long‑term progression and a supportive, team‑focused environment.

The Role:

• Responsible for outputting planning or construction drawings
• Working closely with team members on live projects
• Producing drawings using internal systems
• Contributing to residential project delivery
• Mentoring junior members of staff
• Office‑based role near Dorchester

The Person:

• Strong experience producing architectural drawings
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Experience running projects
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Friendly, sociable, and proactive mindset
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car
• Commutable distance from Dorchester
