Solution Analyst – Professional Services

Insurity empowers insurance organizations to quickly capitalize on new opportunities by delivering the world’s most configurable, cloud-native, easy-to-use, and intuitively analytical insurance software. The Solution Analyst will join the Professional Services team, focusing on implementing and supporting our Submission Gateway product.

Responsibilities

  • Configure solutions using Insurity Studio based on requirements, design documentation, and best practices in accordance with estimates provided
  • Develop and execute required feature tests for in scope changes and assigned use cases
  • Proactively identify and escalates risks in project work in a timely manner
  • Assist Project Manager/Scrum Master in developing configuration estimates
  • Collaborate with Product Management and R&D to improve toolkit features and functionality
  • Deliver both large-scale and small-scale configuration projects
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 1+ years of experience in the Insurance Software or broader software industry
  • 1+ years of experience working with low code configuration (recommended)
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira (recommended)
  • Extensive experience with software applications, including Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams
  • Experience building rate/quote/bind workflows is a strong plus
  • Ability to travel to customer locations: up to 5%

Salary range: £36,000 – £60,000 GBP.
