Equans is looking for a Project Site Manager to join our team at Worcestershire Royal Hospital on a 12 month fixed term contract. This is a full‑time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Supervision of sub‑contractors delivering a wide range of project works
- Achieve target contributions by managing the contract/project in accordance with the contract documents and programme
- Compile all pre‑start information
- Provide a structured approach to project planning, including health and safety, execution methods and quality
- Provide project and weekly programme information, KPIs and feedback into monitoring and reporting systems
- Provide project direction, focus and consistency across the team and project
- Supervision of the Site Team in all areas
- Address health and safety issues
- Overall responsibility for site safety, ensuring compliance with SHEQ procedures, responsibilities and HSE requirements

Qualifications and Requirements
- HNC/HND in Building Studies or equivalent experience
- A relevant construction management or technical related NVQ/SVQ at level 6 or 7
- Relevant CSCS Card
- Scaffold Inspection training
- Temporary Work Co‑originator/Supervisor training
- First Aid at Work
- Gas Safety Awareness
- Asbestos Manager (P405)
- Safe Working at Height
- SMSTS
- City and Guilds Trade qualification if applicable (Desirable)
- Microsoft Office or other relevant IT qualification (Desirable)
- Valid driving licence
- This role includes a DBS Enhanced with Barred Lists check; passing this check is essential
- Evidence of the right to work in the UK is required
