Location: London, Piccadilly Circus – Hybrid working (4 days in office). Salary: Competitive with excellent commission structure paid quarterly.

Responsibilities

  • A full 360 position with 2-5 years experience, driving business development through calls, emails, and meetings
  • Building and managing your own network across European markets
  • Sourcing and engaging C-suite candidates via headhunting, referrals, and advertising
  • Providing consultative insights and market intelligence to clients and candidates
  • Negotiating offers and securing successful placements
  • Continuously developing your market expertise and personal brand

Qualifications

  • You are currently a 360 recruiter who wants to pivot sectors or level up your current finance desk to work with C-suite candidates and have a fantastic platform in the Private Equity recruitment space.
  • Highly driven, competitive, and results-oriented
  • Confident communicator with strong influencing skills
  • Resilient, entrepreneurial, and proactive
  • Naturally curious and commercially minded
  • Motivated to build long-term client and candidate relationships
