Overview
This successful Motor Insurance business values staff development and customer care. They are looking for a First Response Unit Team Leader to manage all aspects of staff performance and maximise productivity and output.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of First Notification of Loss Handlers
- Performance management of staff, including quality auditing, absence, holidays and time management, monthly one‑to‑one meetings, performance reviews, training and development, disciplinary procedure and staff welfare
- Impart technical knowledge through mentoring and coaching, covering indemnity, liability and validation
- Maximise capture opportunity for service providers delivering the right outcome
- Participate in the design, development and implementation of new claims management process improvements and assist with the design and delivery of training
- Ensure adherence to effective inbound call handling philosophies
Qualifications
Must have managerial experience ideally in Motor Insurance claims or a very similar field. Demonstrated people‑management skills and a willingness to work flexible shift hours with one Saturday each month. Energetic and enthusiastic, ready for a new and exciting challenge in a unique and expanding business.
Benefits
