We are partnering with a leading global investment bank to identify an Analyst to join its Infrastructure Finance & Securitised Products team. The role offers exposure to a broad range of structured financing and capital markets transactions across infrastructure and asset-backed sectors in international markets. The successful candidate will support both origination and execution activities, working closely with senior bankers, clients, investors, and internal product specialists.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain detailed financial models to support the evaluation and execution of infrastructure finance and securitised products transactions
  • Perform financial, commercial, and credit analysis across a variety of asset classes, financing structures, and transaction types
  • Support transaction execution processes, including due diligence, risk assessment, data analysis, and preparation of internal approval materials
  • Assist in the development of pitch books, financing proposals, investor presentations, marketing materials, and transaction documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams including coverage, syndicate, capital markets, risk, and legal functions to manage transaction workstreams and deliverables
  • Work alongside senior bankers and advisors in structuring financing and capital solutions tailored to client objectives
  • Contribute to the review and negotiation of financing and securitisation documentation
  • Support the execution of structured finance and asset-backed financing transactions across infrastructure and broader real asset sectors
  • Conduct market, sector, and company research to identify new opportunities and monitor developments across infrastructure finance and structured credit markets
  • Maintain awareness of market trends, regulatory developments, and investor activity within infrastructure and securitised products markets

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Experience within investment banking, structured finance, securitised products, project finance, leveraged finance, private equity, or a related financial services environment
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities, with the ability to assess complex financial and transaction data
  • Understanding of valuation methodologies, debt structuring principles, and transaction execution processes
  • Exposure to structured finance, asset-backed products, or capital markets transactions is advantageous
  • High level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence interacting across a broad range of stakeholders
  • Ability to perform effectively under tight deadlines and changing priorities
