We are building a new AI Automation team to help people across Argus use tools like Microsoft Copilot in their day-to-day work. This is an early-career role for someone who is interested in AI, automation, and how technology can improve how people work. Key Responsibilities

  • Support users with Microsoft Copilot and AI tools
  • Help troubleshoot issues and answer questions
  • Guide users on how to get better results (eg prompts, workflows)
  • Assist with simple automations and agent setups
  • Capture common issues and help improve guidance

Skills and Experience

  • Strong problem‑solving skills
  • Clear communicator
  • Curious and keen to learn
  • Interested in AI or automation

Desirable

  • Some experience using tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar
  • Exposure to Microsoft 365 or automation tools
