Product Analyst – Digital Banking
JPMorgan Chase & Co. launched a new digital bank called Chase to revolutionize mobile banking by creating seamless digital journeys that customers love. The Product Office is building something new from the ground up and we are looking for a Product Analyst to manage cross‑functional initiatives of strategic or regulatory importance, coordinate teams, ensure projects meet deadlines, and optimize processes.
Responsibilities
- Produce high quality presentations in PowerPoint, compiling inputs from stakeholders, reviewing, understanding and challenging the content as required.
- Develop metrics and filters in Jira/Confluence to provide meaningful tracking, analysis and reporting.
- Manage, track, and elevate risks and issues to the plan.
- Ensure program governance and best practices are followed in line with business standards and procedures.
- Proactively identify, define, and enhance processes and procedures.
- Demonstrate the use of AI to streamline and optimise ways of working.
- Support and manage the coordination and administration of initiatives as required.
Skills / Qualifications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multi‑task within tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with experience managing senior stakeholders amidst changing priorities.
- Strong analytical skills that synthesize information, link interdependent topics, and present succinctly.
- Effective partnership with Risk, Legal, InfoSec, and Controls.
- Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Awareness of Lean, Agile, and Waterfall practices and the ability to apply them pragmatically.
- Previous experience in project or product management and use of the Atlassian suite (Jira and Confluence) is a plus.
- Previous experience with cloud technologies or digital banking products is advantageous.
