The Role

  • Model best practices in strengths‑based assessments and person‑centred planning.
  • Provide high‑quality supervision and mentoring to colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Act as a lead on complex cases, ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding and mental capacity/CDOLS work.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the team as we implement our development plan.

Who We Are Looking For

  • A qualified Social Worker (registered with Social Work England).
  • Experienced in working with adults with learning disabilities.
  • A champion of the strengths‑based approach.
  • Ready to take on a leadership role within a high‑achieving, supportive environment.

Additional Information
