The Role
- Model best practices in strengths‑based assessments and person‑centred planning.
- Provide high‑quality supervision and mentoring to colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Act as a lead on complex cases, ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding and mental capacity/CDOLS work.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the team as we implement our development plan.
Who We Are Looking For
- A qualified Social Worker (registered with Social Work England).
- Experienced in working with adults with learning disabilities.
