Overview

Cardiff and Vale University Health Board are looking to recruit Registered Mental Health Nurses to join our Nurse Bank.

Responsibilities

• Assess care needs and develop, implement and evaluate programmes of care.
• Carry out all relevant forms of care.
• Act in accordance with legal requirements, statutory rules relating to practice and all Cardstad and Vale University Local Health Board policies and procedures.
• Take responsibility for patients as delegated by the nurse‑in‑charge.
• Work collaboratively within the team, demonstrating the core values of the Board.
