Role Description
This is an on‑site full‑time role for a Pharmacist Manager, located in the Wales area. The Pharmacist Manager will oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensure accurate prescription dispensing, and provide immunisation services. Responsibilities also include managing a team of pharmacy technicians, ensuring compliance with pharmacy practice standards, and delivering excellent customer care. Additional duties involve inventory management, regulatory compliance, and supporting continuous professional development for staff.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Pharmacy, Pharmacy Practice, and Prescription management.
- Experience supervising or working alongside Pharmacy Technicians to ensure operational efficiency.
- Skills in Immunisation services and supporting public health initiatives.
- Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication abilities.
- Current accreditation as a licensed pharmacist in accordance with UK regulatory standards.
- Proven experience managing or supervising pharmacy teams is an advantage.
- A strong focus on patient care and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
