We are recruiting for a Nurse Team Leader – Lister Modular Dialysis Unit who share our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within the newly created Modular dialysis unit at Lister Hospital.

The role is for a Nurse Team leader who will work within the team to provide dialysis care for patients, mentor more junior staff and work with the Band 7 to facilitate the development and expansion of this service.

You will be based within the modular unit, partake in the renal nurse on call rota and be prepared to rotate within the whole renal directorate.

Responsibilities

• Support the Band 7 with management roles such as sickness absence monitoring, budget management and quality and improvement. Work as a team leader, managing the day-to-day shifts within the unit.
• Be a primary nurse to a designated group of patients, managing all aspects of care and patient assessment.
