You’ll play a key role in a brand-new, externally funded initiative, helping to build and deliver activity from the ground up, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to bring ideas to life and deliver initiatives that make a real difference. This isn’t just coordination; you’ll lead the delivery of high-impact pilot projects, testing new ideas and creating real change across the creative sector.
The Difference You Will Make
As Sector Hub Manager, you will turn strategy into action. You’ll play a key role in delivering projects and initiatives that directly tackle skills gaps across the creative industries. Your work will directly contribute to tackling skills gaps, improving access, and creating new opportunities across the creative industries.
Your Role
You’ll manage and deliver Sector Hub initiatives, ensuring high-quality execution and meaningful results. You’ll regularly engage with senior stakeholders, including industry leaders and public sector representatives to ensure activity, government requirements and complex needs are delivered to the highest standard. You’ll use data and insight to evaluate success, shape future initiatives and provide recommendations to leadership teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and delivering projects and pilot initiatives
- Coordinating meetings, boards and stakeholder engagement
- Preparing reports, insights and recommendations
- Analysing performance and measuring impact
- Delivering events, workshops and collaborative sessions
- Building strong stakeholder relationships

- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of the creative industries
- Confident communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Working Pattern & Location
This is a full-time role on an initial 18 months contract, based in the London office twice a week with the rest home-working.
