A brilliant opportunity has opened up for a Senior Events Manager to join a global, iconic beauty brand, sitting within the UK leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who brings together strategic project management, standout event delivery and a calm, confident approach to complex cross-functional work.
The Opportunity

- This is a high-impact role with real ownership, senior visibility and the chance to influence how a globally recognized beauty business scales its events and operational delivery.
About You
- You will bring strong experience across event management, retail activations and senior project management, ideally within beauty, fashion, luxury or premium retail. You are confident managing budgets, timelines, permits, H&S compliance, risk assessments and senior stakeholders.
- You will be comfortable using project management tools such as Asana or Monday.com, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where collaboration, detail and clear communication matter.
What's In It for You
Hybrid working, exposure to a global beauty brand, senior leadership visibility, ownership of major launches and activations, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, birthday leave, pension, life assurance, wellbeing support, product discount and gifting.
