Job Description
- Lead, supervise, and support a team of maintenance technicians across two hotel sites
- Plan and coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance schedules
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in line with company standards and legal requirements
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities, identifying and resolving maintenance issues
- Manage external contractors and service providers where required
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and compliance documentation
- Support hotel management teams with maintenance-related queries and projects
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and source materials/equipment effectively
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, including risk assessments and safe systems
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a maintenance leadership role, ideally within hospitality or multi-site environments
- Strong technical knowledge across general maintenance areas (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
- Leadership and team management experience
- Excellent problem‑solving and organisational skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
