Electrical Project Manager – Commercial M&E Project

£70,000 – £85,000 + Package
A leading M&E Contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee a flagship £11m M&E commercial project based in Great Yarmouth.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor delivering high-profile commercial developments across the UK. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the electrical package from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget.
The Role:
- Managing the electrical package on a large-scale commercial project
- Overseeing site teams, subcontractors, and specialist suppliers
- Managing programme, procurement, and labour requirements
- Chairing progress meetings with clients and main contractors
- Ensuring all health & safety procedures are implemented and maintained
- Managing QA, commissioning, and project handover processes
- Monitoring project costs, variations, and reporting to senior management
- Coordinating with mechanical teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the M&E sector
- Strong commercial project experience
- Experience delivering large-scale M&E packages
- Ability to manage projects from inception through to completion
- Strong leadership and client-facing skills
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities
- SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid preferred
