Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire.

Employment: Permanent.

Job Role

Project management of commercial mechanical and/or electrical refit, installation, and refurbishment projects of minimum £100k value covering:

• HVAC and heat recovery installation
• Plumbing and above ground drainage
• LV distribution
• Electrical and power installations
• Lighting
• Containment

Qualifications and Experience

• HNC or HND in Building Services
• A full UK driving licence
• Proven experience in commercial mechanical and/or electrical projects and project management (minimum £100k project value)
• Experience managing subcontractors and multi-disciplinary teams
• Awareness of estimating, purchasing, technical, and commercial processes
• Local to the Bradford area
