Mechanical Site Supervisor

Looking for a Mechanical Site Supervisor who wants stability, a strong pipeline of secured work, and projects that actually get delivered properly.

We’re working with one of Wales’ largest privately owned M&E contractors, a family-run group with 30+ years behind them and a reputation built on doing the job right rather than cutting corners. They’ve got an immediate need for a site-based Mechanical Supervisor to drive school refurbishment projects across South Wales and Cardiff, with a wider portfolio of secured work sitting behind it.

This is a priority hire. They need someone on the ground fast.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supervising site-based mechanical works across live school refurbishment projects
• Coordinating direct labour and subcontractors, keeping the programme on track
• Owning H&S compliance on site and driving works through to completion

What you’ll need:

• Mechanical background with strong steel pipework / pipefitting experience
• Proven site supervision on M&E projects (commercial or site services, not heavy industrial)
• The communication and coordination skills to manage subbies, labour and site teams effectively
