Senior RF Electronics Engineer

As a Senior RF Electronics Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering cutting‑edge electronic products from initial concept through to validated prototype. You will work alongside highly experienced engineers in a collaborative, technically driven environment, with access to state‑of‑the‑art laboratory facilities and test equipment.

This role suits an engineer who thrives on variety, enjoys solving complex problems, and is comfortable communicating technical concepts to both engineers and non‑technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop RF, microwave, and analogue electronic circuits
• Lead technical work packages from concept through to design verification
• Build and test hardware prototypes using advanced RF test equipment
• Support system‑level design activities for wireless, radio, or radar systems
• Collaborate closely with multi‑disciplinary engineering teams
• Communicate technical progress and solutions to customers and stakeholders
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced engineers

Required Skills & Experience

• MEng or equivalent degree in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline
• 5+ years’ post‑graduate experience in RF electronics design
• Strong experience designing RF‑based circuits such as amplifiers, filters, and frequency synthesers
• Proven ability to take products from concept through to verified design
• Solid understanding of RF, microwave, and analogue design principles
• Confident working hands‑on in a laboratory environment
