Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site Sales Consultant position based in Bridgend. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to help them choose the right vehicles. The role involves maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, building relationships to drive sales, and supporting potential and existing customers throughout their buying journey. Other daily responsibilities include managing client inquiries, providing product knowledge, and ensuring a seamless sales process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Consulting and Consulting processes, with an ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure positive buying experiences
- Excellent Communication skills to clearly present vehicle options and benefits to customers
- High level of professionalism and ability to build lasting relationships with clients
- Knowledge of or experience in the automotive industry is advantageous
- Self‑motivated with exceptional organizational skills and a results‑driven approach
