As we continue expanding our London team, we are looking for an enthusiastic and client-focused Immersive Consultant to help deliver exceptional immersive experiences for our customers and partners. About the Role
As an Immersive Consultant, you will work closely with clients, partners and internal teams to demonstrate, design and deliver immersive solutions using Igloo’s technology platform. You’ll play a key role in showcasing what’s possible within immersive environments while helping customers achieve real business impact. The role is primarily based onsite in London, with four days per week spent working from our immersive space alongside colleagues, clients and visiting partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging demonstrations and workshops within immersive environments
- Consult with clients to understand requirements and recommend tailored immersive solutions
- Support the design and implementation of immersive projects across a range of industries
- Collaborate with sales, technical and creative teams throughout the customer journey
- Provide onboarding, training and ongoing support to clients and users
- Help shape best practices and innovative use cases for immersive technology
- Represent Igloo Vision at events, exhibitions and client meetings
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A confident, consultative approach to working with clients
- Passion for immersive technology, AV, XR or digital experiences
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
- Experience in immersive tech, AV, events, digital media, creative technology or consultancy is desirable
