As a Consultant Developer in our Reporting Change Team, you’ll be at the forefront of major tax and regulatory initiatives, designing smarter, future‑ready processes that will support the Society for years to come.
Responsibilities
- Lead the migration of key reporting processes into our new Data Lakehouse environment, applying your expertise in SAS, SQL and Databricks to build modern, resilient solutions.
- This is a highly collaborative role, partnering across Finance and the wider business. You’ll thrive if you’re proactive, curious, and energised by solving complex problems. Your ability to spot trends, simplify technical detail, and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders will make you a trusted voice in the team.
Working Hours & Hybrid Working
The working hours per week for this role can be between 28 and 35 hours. We are happy to consider flexible working approaches to help you perform at your best. Hybrid working is supported and you may also work from home when possible. For this job, you’ll spend at least two days per week, or if part‑time, you’ll spend 40% of your working time, based at either our Swindon, London or Northampton office.
