About the Role
We are looking for a talented and ambitious data and digital communications practitioner to join our award‑winning Digital & Insights practice in London. As a Senior Consultant you will be part of the firm’s multi‑practice team and the global Digital & Insights group, supporting our growing data and analytics team across EMEA and APAC. You will contribute to projects that help clients make sense of data and chart effective paths forward, working alongside other subject matter experts.
What You’ll Do
- Support projects in the areas of audience & influencer insights, conversation & media analysis, campaign & message performance, event assessment and more
- Lead on implementing solutions on small‑scale insights projects and be a critical member of larger teams
- Use existing platforms and tools to collect and analyse data, deploying the latest AI technology, strategy and practice
- Employ a variety of qualitative, statistical and machine learning‑oriented approaches to investigate and interpret data
- Work with other data scientists to build and support custom solutions, applications and processing pipelines
- Interrogate multiple data sources and extract insights by combining information from each
- Detect hidden patterns, identify trends, reveal drivers, predict developments, visualise similarities and differences, and otherwise leverage data to deliver actionable communications insights
- Create visually compelling reporting and presentations
- Advocate analytics inside the firm to evangelise further adoption of data‑driven solutions
- Help the team innovate by introducing novel tools and techniques to drive client value and internal productivity
- Collaborate with other experts on the research, planning and development of data‑driven projects
- Support new business efforts by delivering data‑driven insights to inform our approach
- Assist in the development of presentations, client decks and pitches

Basic Qualifications
- Experience in data science, data engineering or decision science roles
- Proven competency and focus on AI platforms and solutions across algorithmic and agentic categories (e.g., vendor APIs, open‑source tooling such as LlamaIndex, HuggingFace, Claude Code or similar)
- Ability to turn complex data into clear insights
- Talent to create compelling visualisations that bring data to life
- Skillset to manipulate datasets in Python, SQL and Excel
- Experience using GitHub to collaborate with other developers
- Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms
- Excellent English
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise with data visualisation tools (e.g., Graphext, Tableau)
- Proficiency with digital listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Meltwater)
- Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms
- Expertise in journalism, media, communications or marketing
- Knowledge of SEO and GEO/AIO
- Ability to write production‑level Python code including automated testing
- Expertise in graph data science/network analytics
- Experience with web automation technologies such as Selenium
- Familiarity with Terraform and DevOps principles
- Additional language skills
