The Role

Reporting into senior leadership, the successful individual will take responsibility for the performance, operational standards, and leadership development of multiple stores across the region. The role will involve regular travel across the estate and close collaboration with central teams to ensure consistent delivery of brand standards and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, coaching and developing Store Managers across the region
  • Driving sales performance, productivity, and operational consistency
  • Ensuring strong execution of brand standards, visual merchandising, and client experience
  • Monitoring KPIs and implementing clear action plans to address performance gaps
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning across the region
  • Conducting regular store visits, performance reviews, and leadership coaching
  • Maintaining high standards of compliance, operational discipline, and team engagement
