About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to join a fast-paced, multi-site hospitality business. You will lead HR operations and act as a key partner to operational leaders, ensuring smooth delivery of HR services across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations across multiple sites
- Lead employee relations casework (disciplinaries, grievances, absence, performance)
- Ensure compliance with UK employment law and internal policies
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention activity
- Improve HR processes, systems, and reporting
- Partner with managers on engagement and performance matters
Requirements
- Proven HR Operations or Senior HR Generalist experience
- Strong employee relations (ER) experience is essential
- Background in hospitality, retail, or other multi-site fast-paced environments
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- CIPD qualified or working towards
- Confident stakeholder management and hands-on approach
