A well‑established Leeds firm is continuing to grow its Employment team and is keen to recruit an ambitious solicitor. While the role is ideally suited to someone around five years PQE, applications from all levels will be considered. You will work closely with an experienced Head of Department, gaining exposure to a broad mix of contentious and non‑contentious employment work. The team advises both individuals and businesses on a wide range of matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, settlement agreements and workplace disputes, offering you varied and high quality work.

The Role
- Manage a varied employment law caseload with appropriate supervision
- Advise on both claimant and respondent matters
- Handle cases from initial instruction through to resolution
- Represent clients in Employment Tribunal matters
- Draft legal documentation including contracts, policies and settlement agreements
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver excellent client care
- Support colleagues and contribute to team development
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with employment law experience
- Ideally around five PQE, though all levels will be considered
- Experience of Employment Tribunal processes preferred
- Strong technical and drafting skills
- Commercial and pragmatic approach to problem solving
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
