Field Sales Executive – Entry Level (No Experience Required)
£24,800 basic + 20% bonus (OTE £29,760) | Company Van | Mon – Fri | Full Time
Territory: Edinburgh, Kirkcaldy, Livingston, Stirling and surrounds
Looking to start a career in sales, FMCG or field marketing? This is a hands‑on, entry‑level Field Sales role working with two major household brands – Haribo and Molson Coors – through Powerforce, a multi‑award‑winning field marketing company.
You don’t need previous sales experience.
Full training, coaching and support are provided – we’re looking for attitude, potential and drive.
Important Driving Requirements
You must hold a full UK manual driving licence for at least 12 months. (Automatic‑only licences cannot be considered)
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Field Sales Executive, you’ll visit independent and convenience stores across your local territory, learning how sales and brand marketing work in the real world.
- Relationship Building – be the main point of contact for store owners and staff
- Sales & Visibility – promote products, build displays and increase brand presence
- Retail Execution – support availability, stock levels and in‑store engagement
- Team Collaboration – share best practice and learn alongside a supportive team
Who This Role Is For
- Graduate or school leaver
- Looking for your first role in sales, FMCG or field marketing
- Career starter or changer wanting a practical customer‑facing role

- Organised, proactive and keen to learn
