Requirements

- A full, clean driver's license
- A passion for pets

- Previous Field Sales experience is a plus
- Experience in the pet food industry is a plus
- Experience in a start-up is a plus

What the job involves
- Your aim is to make sure all our customers can find our beautiful brand at arm's length in your territory
- Your focus area will be Manchester, although there will be times at which we will need you to be flexible and visit other areas all around the UK
- You will be helping us unlock all the potential of the Specialty Channel
- You will fully manage the Specialty Independents in your area (distribution, in store visibility & POS, recommendation, demos and display) and also visit some key Specialty Chains and build relationships with the store managers
- Opening new business will be one of your key priorities
- You will be responsible for your turnover targets and financial reporting
- We will be running campaigns throughout the year that will have different targets and KPIs for you to deliver
- Work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales and Supply to make sure all targets are met
