Field Sales Executive – Acosta Europe (Heineken). Location: Leeds and surrounding areas. Salary: £26,000 + 10% performance bonus. Contract: Permanent & full-time. Company vehicle, fuel card, and technology provided.
Responsibilities
- Visit a range of grocery and convenience retailers in your territory.
- Build positive relationships with store managers and teams.
- Support the execution of Heineken promotions and campaigns.
- Ensure products are available, visible and merchandised correctly.
- Spot sales opportunities and improve in-store performance.
- Represent Acosta and Heineken with enthusiasm, confidence and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Naturally influential with commercial instincts.
- Target‑driven, competitive and resilient.
- Confident in talking to anyone – from store staff to manager.
- Organised, self‑motivated and enjoy working independently.
- Tech‑savvy and comfortable reporting activity.
- Full UK manual driving licence.
- FMCG or field sales experience is a bonus, not required.
