Due to continued growth within the Manchester office, the team is now looking to appoint a Newly Qualified Employment Lawyer to support its expanding practice and play a key role at that level.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Work closely with experienced Employment lawyers on a varied mix of contentious and advisory matters.
- Advise employer clients on a broad range of workplace and HR-related issues.
- Assist with Employment Tribunal matters and wider employment disputes.
- Support on advisory, corporate support and transactional employment work.
- Gain exposure to a wide variety of clients across different sectors and industries.
- Develop strong client relationships and commercial awareness from an early stage in your career.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Newly Qualified Solicitor or due to qualify shortly into employment law.
- Strong employment seat experience gained during training at a market leading and reputable firm.
- A genuine interest in both contentious and advisory employment matters.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially aware with a proactive and enthusiastic approach.
- First rate academics and solid technical foundations.
- A team player who enjoys working within a fast-paced commercial environment.
