Essential Qualification and Experience
Applicants must hold a full-time law degree from a recognized university/institution approved by the UGC with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA. However, employees currently working in successor companies of the M.P. State Electricity Board are eligible if they have a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.
The position requires individuals with strong legal knowledge, particularly in areas relevant to the power and energy sector, including contract management, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution. Candidates must possess good drafting and research skills and be able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
