- Managing Employment Tribunal litigation and complex advisory matters

- Working as part of a highly collaborative national employment team across offices
The Candidate:
- NQ‑5 years’ PQE in employment law
- Background advising complex or public sector employers is advantageous
- Advocacy experience or an interest in advocacy welcomed
- Excellent communication, drafting and client‑handling skills
- Commercially minded, pragmatic and solutions‑focused
- A collaborative and respectful team player who values culture and personality as much as technical ability
- Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
- Interest in contributing to team growth, development and wider firm initiatives
