The Candidate:

  • NQ‑5 years’ PQE in employment law
  • Background advising complex or public sector employers is advantageous
  • Advocacy experience or an interest in advocacy welcomed
  • Excellent communication, drafting and client‑handling skills
  • Commercially minded, pragmatic and solutions‑focused
  • A collaborative and respectful team player who values culture and personality as much as technical ability
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
  • Interest in contributing to team growth, development and wider firm initiatives
