Training & Development

This 6‑month graduate scheme will develop your skills in areas such as:

• Digital counselling
• Telephone counselling
• Solution‑focused counselling
• Risk assessment and risk management
• Safeguarding training
• Online CBT
• Online counselling
• Case management

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma level 4 in counselling and a minimum of 100 counselling hours
• Membership of BACP (or equivalent)
