Training & Development
This 6‑month graduate scheme will develop your skills in areas such as:
- Digital counselling
- Telephone counselling
- Solution‑focused counselling
- Risk assessment and risk management
- Safeguarding training
- Online CBT
- Online counselling
- Case management
Qualifications
- Minimum diploma level 4 in counselling and a minimum of 100 counselling hours
- Membership of BACP (or equivalent)
