We’re working with supportive secondary schools across Shrewsbury looking for confident and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join them ASAP on a long-term, full-time basis.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people and wants to make a real impact both inside and outside the classroom. Whether you’ve worked in schools before or you’re bringing transferable experience from coaching, youth work, mentoring, care, or support roles, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll play a huge part in helping students stay engaged, build confidence, and feel supported throughout their school day.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
