Demand for cybersecurity talent vastly outstrips supply. The budgets are there, the need is real, and strong salespeople in this space earn serious money. We've seen it happen. The ceiling is high if you're willing to go after it.
The company A £10 million turnover business with a tight, high-performing sales team — currently three strong and growing fast. The plan is simple: double the team. The package £30–38k base. £24k+ OTE. Uncapped — with accelerators for strong performers that push well beyond that. Year one target: £54–64k. Beyond that? That's up to you.
The role Consultative B2B sales — helping businesses understand their cybersecurity risk and what to do about it. You'll build relationships with senior decision-makers, develop your pipeline, and grow with the business as it scales.
Glasgow city centre office — 10 minutes from Central station, 15 from the airport. Office-based during your trainee period, then 2–3 days hybrid once you're up and running.
