The Role: Recruitment Resourcer
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll play a key role in supporting our consultants and ensuring we place the best talent in the right roles by:
- Selling TeacherActive’s services, you will resource, recruit and conduct registration interviews for outstanding candidates within the education sector.
- Build lasting candidate relationships to keep on top of candidate availability and build market knowledge.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and compliance teams to allow all candidates are onboarded compliantly and ensure a seamless boking experience.
- Managing multiple tasks in a fast paced, high energy environment whilst achieving KPI’s and targets.
- Network with local colleagues, universities and job centres and attending recruitment fairs and expos to support with candidate attraction.

Working Hours:
- In term time, 7:30-16:30 / 8:30-17:00
- Reduced and flexible hours during the school holidays (8.30-4 before passing probation) 6hrs shift after probation (with flexibility)
- Office based full time
