The Opportunity

Capio Recruitment are working with a well-established London law firm to recruit a Private Client Senior Associate into its growing and highly regarded Private Client team. The team is looking for an experienced private client lawyer who can manage a varied caseload while also supporting the supervision and development of junior lawyers and trainees.

The role would suit someone looking for high-quality work within a collaborative and supportive environment that genuinely values long-term relationships, both internally and with clients.

The Role

You will handle a broad range of private client matters including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Trusts
• Tax and succession planning
• High-net-worth private client matters

Alongside fee earning responsibilities, the successful candidate will play an important role in mentoring junior team members and helping support the continued growth and stability of the department.

Business development experience is welcomed but is not essential, as there is already a strong existing client base and workflow in place.

About You

• Qualified Solicitors with ideally 8+ years PQE
• Strong technical private client experience
• Individuals comfortable managing complex matters independently
